At the conclusion of the Fall Studio, Surrey officials requested that the second Winter Studio investigate the Guildford 104 Avenue Corridor precinct given anticipated light rail transit investment. This 2 mile by 1 mile precinct

The 2015 SALA Masters of Urban Design Winter Studio expanded on the cohortÕs collective and individual achievements from the Fall Studio that declared growth strategies for Surrey, British Columbia at the city/ regional scale. At the conclusion of the Fall Studio, Surrey officials requested that the second Winter Studio investigate the Guildford/104 Avenue Corridor precinct given anticipated light rail transit investment. This 2 mile by 1 mile precinct is characterized by varying, and complex, urban structure, related built form /typologies, a large scale economically viable mall that has recently enjoyed substantive re-investment, an active small business community, distinguished open space and natural landscape/ water systems amenity and certain housing affordability allowing entry into the Canadian/West Coast market. The Guildford Precinct is recognized as a Òmarket entry portalÓ that distinguishes it as an ÒArrival CityÓ.

The wall works great , and I put it together by myself. I only gave it what I did because I have to move one or two of the panels on one end around a bit daily to make an opening to pass through. I find I have to check the screws that hold those legs/feet on frequently and retighten them. Beyond that everything was pretty good quality. (I ended up magnetizing an Allen wrench to one of the feet.) I also put on motion lights to the rollers so you’ll see them and don’t trip.

Return Logistics: Amazon offered a return, but the box is heavy, and disassembly/repackaging would be a major task. Final Verdict I really like this product, but I’m deducting two stars for a total lack of customer service. I’ve decided to buy tools and fix it myself rather than deal with a heavy return. I hope the seller sees this and reaches out. The lesson learned is to check every part of a product before assembly.
